Terms and Conditions for Use of Electronic Signatures

By proceeding with the use of this electronic signature system (“Odoo Sign”), you (“the User”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the execution of documents electronically between Pryor Logistics & Warehouse LLC, hereafter referred to as “the Company,” and the User.

1. Consent to Electronic Signature

By selecting the "Sign" button, you are signing this document electronically and agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature. You consent to be legally bound by the document’s terms and conditions.

2. Electronic Signature Validity

Electronic signatures collected through Odoo Sign are legally binding and admissible in court under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), as well as applicable local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide;

- Ensuring that only authorized persons are signing on your behalf;

- Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access links provided.

4. Document Integrity

Once a document is signed:

- It is automatically locked to prevent tampering;

- A certificate of completion including IP address, timestamp, and signer identity will be generated and attached to the final document;

- Copies of the signed documents will be sent to all signers and stored securely within the system.

5. Revocation and Rejection

- If you disagree with the terms of the document, you must reject the signature request;

- Once a document is signed, any revisions must be handled by generating a new version for signature.

6. Data Privacy and Security

All data collected and stored through the Odoo Sign module is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We use encryption and access controls to protect your information.

7. No Waiver

Use of this system does not waive any legal rights or responsibilities of either party unless specifically stated in the signed document.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the electronic signature platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
